Please help us extend a warm welcome to Aaron Sesin, a respected construction leader, who has joined our team as Project Manager.  In his new role, Mr. Sesin will manage the evolution of Sweenor projects to deliver exceptional quality and client experiences.  He will report directly to President & CEO Jeff Sweenor.

Aaron brings more than 20 years’ experience to his role.  During his career, he has focused almost exclusively on luxury residential work, serving as both Superintendent and Project Manager.  With more than 100 custom-build projects under his belt, many sized at over 10,000-square-feet, he has the experience of managing total annual volumes between $15 and $20 million.   Most recently, Aaron was Project Manager for nine years at Kirby Perkins Construction in Newport.

Serving as a primary contact with Sweenor clients, Aaron will collaborate with multiple team stakeholders to facilitate the design decision process, project schedules, budget, and construction management systems.  He has responsibility for delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the complete satisfaction of his clients.

Aaron graduated Cum Laude from Roger Williams University with a Bachelor of Science in the dual majors of Computer Information Systems and Construction Management.  He has received numerous accreditations since, including his Rhode Island Contractor Registration, Massachusetts Construction Supervisors License (reciprocal everywhere in the U.S. but California) and Rhode Island Lead Removal Certification.
