As Chief Financial Officer, Shawn is responsible for all the company’s finance functions, including accounting, treasury, corporate finance and risk management. His career spans more than 20 years of varied experience in financial management, business leadership and corporate strategy. Prior to joining Sweenor in 2023, Shawn served as CFO to Extreme Reach Inc., a private equity owned global SaaS company. Prior to beginning his finance career, Shawn served nearly 7 years in the U.S. Army’s Military Police Corps. Shawn holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Maryland and is a Certified Public Accountant.  In his free time Shawn enjoys spending time with his family and friends.
