Peter Fontaine
Project Manager
Peter’s career began back in 1999. He joined his first framing crew at age and quickly advanced to crew leader. By age 21, Peter’s leadership and knowledge enabled him to lead crews in building custom homes on the coasts of Massachusetts and Rhode Island. After spending fifteen years building other businesses, he started his own framing business. Over the next decade, Peter became a leader in site management and crew efficiency, performing on the most complex and challenging projects. From bespoke outbuildings to expansive 15,000 square foot homes, Peter approached every challenge with well-earned confidence – establishing himself as an innovative leader and subsequently became proficient in AutoCad through self-education. Peter’s ability to plan a project in advance streamlined the building process, reducing the time traditionally spent on manual fieldwork. This advanced building process helped identify errors and flaws, improving financial outcomes and project efficiency for all parties involved.
At the beginning of 2022, Peter decided it was time for a fresh start and new challenges. His passion for advanced building and management led him to his current role as a project manager at Sweenor Builders where he has been entrusted with leading the teams assembled to execute some of the most prestigious projects. Peter’s best years are ahead, and at 42 he continues to seek knowledge and challenge himself daily.
