Working in partnership with THIS OLD HOUSE®, Sweenor Builders is excited to invite the community to celebrate the grand opening of the TOH 2017 Idea House, a one-of-a-kind coastal home in East Matunuck Farms in South Kingstown, RI. The celebration will allow visitors to tour the home for a first-hand look at new innovations in custom coastal home building and renovations. The event is open to the public and admission is free.

Along with the opportunity to meet TOH TV host Kevin O’Connor and members of the design and building teams, the celebration will feature live music, local food and brews, and crafts for sale by Rhode Island artisans including Roch’s Fresh Foods Narragansett, Whaler’s Brewery, Farmtrue (formerly Farm to Gold), and KALASTYLE soaps. Floral arrangements will be provided by Flowerthyme, and tent and seating by South County Party Rentals.
The 3,200-square-foot, three-story shingle style residence is the third annual Idea House (#TOHIdeaHouse2017) from This Old House, the brand known as the nation’s trusted adviser on building and home renovations.

The finished house will be unveiled in the October issue of This Old House and online at thisoldhouse.com on September 15. It will appear in several episodes of the upcoming 39th season of This Old House premiering on PBS this fall 2017(check your local listings).
