Sweenor Builders is always looking for skilled, detail-oriented carpenters to join our award-winning team. With over 35 years of experience building some of Rhode Island’s most extraordinary homes, we pride ourselves on delivering flawless craftsmanship and an unmatched client experience. Our carpenters play a critical role in bringing that vision to life—from framing to fine finish work.
As a member of our team, you will work alongside passionate professionals in a positive, team-driven environment where quality and integrity come first. We’re seeking individuals who take pride in their work, value precision, and are committed to continuous learning and excellence in the field.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Minimum 5 years of carpentry experience in residential construction
Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings
Skilled in framing, trim, cabinetry installation, and other finish work
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Ability to work collaboratively and independently on-site
