With 25 years’ experience in residential construction, Mr. Cabeceiras is a highly regarded master craftsman and team leader.  Having advanced through nearly every aspect of fine homebuilding, he guides the training and professional development of our field teams.

A testament to the high and thoughtful quality of his work, Jeremie is proficient with post and beam construction using authentic mortise and tenon joinery.  He’s employed this technique to build homes that embody beauty and longevity, without the use of nails.

Mr. Cabeceiras started out in specialty roofing, where he learned to meet the high expectations of the luxury market producing slate and wooden roofs.  As his career progressed, he expanded to carpentry and framing, holding positions of increasing responsibility such as project manager and job site foreman.  A member of the Sweenor team since 2014, his projects span prestigious coastal neighborhoods across Jamestown, Newport, Aquidneck Island, and South County.

Jeremie genuinely enjoys sharing his knowledge with eager, young minds.  There’s nothing quite as rewarding as watching students grow from that first spark of understanding into professionals who create products of exceptional quality.  In addition to producing beautiful homes, Jeremie builds teams of people who are truly engaged in what they do.
