Beach House Renovation, Narragansett
Our clients rented this Narragansett coastal property several seasons before buying it for their own and enlisting our team to help them modernize the home with an open floor plan. Our new design capitalizes on water views, creates an inviting entry, and ensures easy flow between the entertaining areas. Project scope also included renovating the entry stair, powder room, first floor master bedroom and bath, and relocating laundry from the garage to an efficient little hallway station that could be discretely tucked behind sliding doors.
