Sweenor Builders Design/Build and Interior Design teams collaborated on this “reverse living” design to help our clients maximize gorgeous surrounding coastal views from their new beach home.  Entertaining and living spaces are located on the second floor, with a master suite above on the third.  Elevator access throughout provides convenience and makes it easy for homeowners to age in place. Importantly, the elevated design also protects the home from water surge and coastal flooding impact.
