In collaboration with Coutre Design Associates and Taste Design, Sweenor Builders is honored to have had the task of updating this historic gem in Narragansett’s prestigious Ocean Road neighborhood. Designed by famed architectural firm McKim, Mead & White and built in 1884, ‘Stone Lea’ is designated on the National Registry of Historic Places. Collectively, our teams focused on introducing modern interiors and building systems to responsibly and appropriately fit this special landmark.
