Lorine, affectionately known as Lori around the office, is Sweenor Builders’ Architectural Designer. She brings more than 20 years’ experience to her role, holds Revit certification, and is a member of the American Institute of Building Design. Her work has been distinguished in RI Monthy Magazine, most recently in 2019.

Ms. Foley’s mastery of Building Information Modeling (BIM) is instrumental in helping us to serve our clients. Her 3D visualization of architectural plans fosters greater collaboration and understanding and empowers our clients to compare different design options and material selections in real-time.

One of Lori’s many talents is her ability to consider all aspects of the design at once. Advancing the integration of ideas is what she finds most rewarding about her role, along with the round-table approach that’s shared among the Sweenor team. She says there is nothing better than seeing a client’s dream home come to life – from structural, functional, and aesthetic considerations to how the home is placed on site to enhance value.

A graduate of the Rhode Island School of Design, Ms. Foley combines a background in interior design and architecture design to offer solutions that reflect how her clients want to live, aligning wish lists to budget and site realities.
