Sweenor Builders performed a complete exterior renovation at this elegant 1917 estate home nestled in Matunuck, Rhode Island. Our project scope included replacing the wooden roof and red cedar shingle siding in period detail; refurbishing exterior wood storm panels and brass window screens; rebuilding compromised casement windows, pergolas, trellises, and gable vents; repairing and repainting the exterior trim; and crafting wood covers for new mechanical equipment.
